Subject: Flan recipe
Looking for a good recipe for caramel flan, for Christmas dessert. Do you have a tried-and-true favorite? Online recipes seem to come in two flavors, those made with sweetened condensed milk and those made with real whipping cream - I'm not sure which would be better. Thanks in advance for any pointers! I'm planning to make it in individual ramekins, if that matters.
