Maybe OP did tell them, but they didn't update it in the address book. My mom is notorious for that. She keeps a book but doesn't update anything or she will and will just add it to the next entry w/o crossing out the previous one. She has sent things to me or given out to others and address from 3 moves prior. Don't necessarily blame OP, it could be bad bookkeeping on the brother's end. You never know.

If they didn't send it Usps then it should be returned to the sender. So then the brother can re-send. But don't get why op hasn't told family members her new address.

Are you my brother? Why did you move without sending your new address? I had to email and ask last week... four months after the move. And I know my SIL sent change-of-address cards out; that's her style. We're just not important enough to make the list.

OP, if you don't know whether your brother has your home address, you have a bigger problem than whether his gifts were misdirected.

We just moved a couple months ago, and had a recent exchange among siblings/siblings-in-law about gifts for all the kids so I know what my brother/SIL were getting DD and knowing them, they would have sent it right away, but we haven't received it yet. They haven't said anything about it (not even two days ago when I texted SIL and told her when to expect the gifts for their kids), so I'm not 100% sure if they sent it or not. Anyway, I am a little concerned that they sent it to the wrong address because I don't recall them asking me for the new one (although it's possible they just asked my parents for it). Is this something that I can ask about or would that be really offensive? We're all very close, and like I said, we talked about what we were each getting our kids, so it won't be a surprise for us, the parents. I just don't want to make it awkward. If we don't get it by christmas, should I ask about it afterwards? Or would that still be bad?
