Mrs. Smith's does it all the time. I'd use lots of Saran wrap, then foil, then ziplock.

I've done it. A week won't be long enough for it to dry out. You can seal well Ina large ziploc if you're worried.

I purchased it yesterday. The clerk at the restaurant suggested I just refrigerate it until the day it will be consumed (Christmas Day). That is a whole week away from the day it was baked, though. She said it might dry out if I freeze it.
