Sounds delicious! I'd prefer scalloped potatoes, but my kids would prefer mac & cheese . Roasted sweet potatoes go well with ham, or sauteed green beans.

I'm thinking roasted Brussels sprouts, biscuits, and either Mac and cheese or scalloped potatoes- which would you prefer? Also, please recommend another (easy to make) side- maybe another roasted veg?
