Totally unrelated question for those who don't use a mix but do use cocoa powder - do you have issues with little blobs of cocoa that you have to break up? I always seem to end up with little pellets of cocoa even if I warm up the milk before adding the cocoa.
I've been trying various methods to deal with this. So far, my preferred method is adding the cocoa and sugar first, mixing those together and then adding the milk. Using a whisk rather than a spoon also seems to help.
