That's true of plenty of things. I'm not sure I see the value in this one, personally. But I haven't used it. Maybe it's awesome.

Does it log the food for you? Do you tell it what the item is on the scale?

I use My Fitness Pal, as 13:33 said. We do weigh some things, and that's easy to do. I guess I'm having a hard time understanding the added value of this piece of equipment.

Do you have an iPhone? It doesn't work with Android.

Why not use MyFitnessPal? It also syncs with Jawbone, as well as Fitbit.
