The neighbors of BIL are apt to call the police just for the sheer numbers of cars coming their area and parking that night. And, you have got to think that some of these teens may well have been drinking before coming to the party, and so who will be responsible for really scanning to see whether they should be allowed in or not. And who will then be handling any disgruntled partygoers? Such an idea at a private home is a disaster waiting to happen.....
