OP here
Thanks for the feedback .
So it seems like some sort of meat , preferably ham is a must.
Can I get away with a pre done honey baked ham? Or I like the idea of ham and rolls , ham biscuits too.

No vegetarians, no nut allergies and they all drink

Agree with adding eggnog. Also, make one pan of french toast without pecans. .

Eggnog... with bourbon on the side to spike it.

I would either do two ciders, one alcoholic and one not, or I'd have the alcohol on the side for people to add. Some non-drinkers will still want to enjoy the cider, and some people might like to add just a little.

I also prefer bourbon for cider-spiking, but that's a personal preference.

Add the ham with little sized rolls.
Bagels
Also, are there any vegetarians? If so, I would make one of this quiches without meat.

Add some meat or plain carbs like bagels.

I like it, OP. I think adding a ham is good idea. Also, I love zucchini bread, but would rather have it plain or with some good butter like Kerrygold rather than jam. Maybe add some non-sweet fresh rolls?

You could always do a bagel bar. With like cream cheese, lox, red onion, and then different cream cheeses, like sour cream and onion and strawberry. Might be expensive though

I would add actual meat. Like a spiral ham.

I would add bacon or sausage. Are any of your guests allergic to nuts? You might want to make a French toast pan without the pecans for anyone allergic, or anyone who doesn't like nuts.

If it were me I would add another "sweet" section, like a coffee cake or mini coffee cakes, or muffins or something. Or just straight up cookies.

Those are always crowd pleasers. Other than that it sounds great OP!

I am hosting an open house / casual get together at my new home on Sunday at 10 am. Families invited are all good friends with kids ranging from 1 to 4, hence the time and casual nature of the event .
Historically the kids don't eat much ( except mine , but that's another thread !)
Trying to keep it simple yet holidayish. 15 adults , 12 kids

2 casserole size pans of baked French toast with pecans ( cut in squares )
4 quiche, variety of ham, bacon types ( pre cut in triangles )
2 loafs of zucchini bread with homemade jam
Cinnamon bread, homemade
Platter of fruit made to look like a Christmas tree
Mac n cheese bites ( homemade with "fancy" Cheeses

Mulled cider with rum in the crockpot
Mimosas
Assorted milks and juice for the kids
Coffee

What would you add? Take away? Was going to add a make your own parfait station with yogurt and toppings like granola , berries but
Thought it may be too messy and hard to keep the yogurt cold
