Absolutely. Convenient for a winter birthday child when you want a larger space and want to know the food will be decent and maybe hire entertainment in.

People use their health clubs too. I had one years ago at a Sports/LA club and brought in a guy who organized games for the kids in one of the fitness rooms. We used the cafe for food and cake. Kids had fun and adults got free workout vouchers to use during the party or after.

This is a good possibility, as anyone who's ever hosted a bowling birthday party will attest.

This. Summer pool parties don't seem to be all that uncommon.

Yes, even when my kid was in daycare, different kids had Country Club parties and we live in the city.

Not at the private my child is currently attending (at least not for anyone in his grade this year). We have had venue parties just like pretty much everyone else, but never at a cc.

If you are a part of one, then yes its economical and makes sense to do so. But if you are not a member then of course its not a common practice.

Just received an evite for a birthday party at a country club. Is this common practice? Not hating, just wondering.
