It's helpful to watch the videos the first time you do an injection. I set up and iPad next to all my stuff on the kitchen table, and just went for it. The videos are all right here, for just about every possible fertility drug: http://www.freedommedteach.com/eng/index.html
You can also pay one of their staff $75 to do your final trigger injection, which is in the derriere area. They will draw a circle for you earlier in the day, if you do it at home.
