in the end, sugar is sugar so serving size is more important. A healthy cookie still has calories, even more than an oreo. Make fresh cookies of any sort and only have one or two.

Tons o'sugar in those nutri-grain bars. KIND bars are much better.

I love those strawberry and apple soft nutri grain bars. No HFCS in them. They taste so good.

See the link below. I love, love, LOVE this recipe. No butter, no eggs, no flour -- and they are so delicious! You use 2 cups of walnuts and you grind them in the food processor with a little bit of oil + oat flour (I don't buy this, I just pulse my oatmeal in the food processor to make oat flour) and oatmeal

Seriously, Oreos are relatively harmless as processed cookies go. Eat a reasonable number (3) in any one sitting, pair with organic whole milk, and enjoy.

Ha, ha, ha! They are high in sugar:

No fiber either.

Have a fig newton, OP.

I started grazing on graham crackers. I can break them in pieces so I can still graze, just in smaller pieces and not so guilty. Started with the plain ones, but like the cinamon ones.

I consider Oatmeal Raisin ones to be a step up from the usual chocolate chip I pig out on.
