I cooked a small turkey in a crock pot yesterday (it turned out so delicious and moist). Anyway, I strained the juices that were left in the pot, and was planning to use that as a stock for a soup base. Then my middle-aged brain turned off for the night and I went to bed, and lo and behold, it left it overnight on the counter for about 9 hours. Is it still OK to use? (It's chilling out in the fridge now)
