We have two fabric and two leather--they all look great years and years later. We will always buy our couches from RH, they are worth the price.

We've got the 90" leather. It has taken a tremendous beating from our 3 kids and our dog and cat--I oil it twice a year--winter and summer. I feels great. One quibble--the cushions are down wrapped rather than down filled like they were 15 years ago when I first started stalking this couch. When I finally had the income to buy one--they had jumped on the "down wrapped" band wagon. So, there's that. Nearly impossible to find good all down couches anymore--I don't know why.

I bought one 10 years ago (wow, where did that time go!) and it's still awesome. LOVE it!

Yes, we have two. One is a big leather sofa for our tv room, and another is gray and tufted linen/ canvas type material. Both are great so far. When we first got the leather couch, there was a tiny cut/ rip in the leather fabric. RH arranged for a new couch to be delivered and we kept the first as a loaner. However, the second was inspected on the truck and found to have problems. At this point we asked them what they would discount if we kept the damaged one, and I believe they took about 2k off of the price. The tear is not at all noticeable. The gray tufted couch was peed on by my cat. The cushion cover was able to be professionally cleaned, but we had to order two new cushion inserts for about 400$ because they won't sell only one. Ended up taking about 3 months to get the replacement. We also have 4 lounge chairs from RH. One did arrive damaged but we were able to get a replacement I a week. So I would just advise to check everything carefully and don't hesitate to call the company on it.

Love it. It's the big leather version and chairs. It's lasted through several toddlers and dogs and still looks good and stays comfortable. Any scratches just rub out and it's tough as nails.
