7 year old will get over it. Kids are resilient.

The usaairways flights from dca are always first to get cancelled. I see southwest is running on schedule to pwm but they are likely sold out.

Tomorrow will probably go out but delayed...equipment is all over the place and they will need a day at least to clear. And it being usair, they will find a way to make it suck.

I do have a Plan B ready. However the seven year old would be crushed if she doesn't get to see her cousins. Oh well - what can you do.

All I can tell you is that 900 flights have been cancelled in the greater-D.C.-metro area. Not looking good.

Confirmed seats will have priority over rescheduled cancellations but having the plane and crew in place can't be determined. Just watch the updates. It's yucky here in New England.

I'm checking the Portland ME airport website and a majority of flights today are either delayed or outright cancelled. How will that affect travel tomorrow? We have confirmed seats on our flight - but I assume now that none of the planes are where they should be. And what happens to all the people on the cancelled flights? I have no idea how airlines handle this.
