We're planning meals for the entire weekend. I'm usually ready for something a little lighter by Friday, maybe seafood?? What do you guys fix in the day or two immediately after Thanksgiving? Creative ways to reuse leftovers without the kids complaining that they're tired of turkey?

We also try to have light things like caprese salad for lunch, or Asian food (something light, not heavy and spicy like Thai food. More like pho or Japanese food like nimono).
