It's fine. Once exposed to warmer temps for this long though it won't have a shorter refrigerator shelf life.

Just taste it. If it tastes ok it's fine.

Does it smell okay? If it smells somewhat off, it'll still be okay for cooking with, just might taste too strong to drink. If it smells really off, pour it out.

Husband forgot to put the milk back in the fridge after a 4am grab for our 2 year old. Found around 745. House at 66 degrees. Keep or toss? (I hate wasting a just opened gallon!)
