What are you making, OP?
I'm not hosting this year, so I'm cooking vicariously.
Ordinarily I'd be doing the big shop, baking bread, making stock for the gravy, confronting the Hamlet question (to brine or not to brine), making cornbread and croutons for the stuffing, caramelizing onions for canapes, and picking out wines.
As it is, we're just making a couple of pie crusts and a pan of fudge to take to the inlaws'. DW will make pumpkin pie on Weds.
