We've been invited to SIL's for Thanksgiving, and they live 2 hours away. Everything I would typically bring to Thanksgiving dinner has either been claimed by someone else (sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce) or would not travel well (Brussels sprouts). What would be okay after a drive? Corn pudding? Stuffing? I was thinking of making rolls but that seems kind of boring. FTR, I asked for suggestions and just got "bring whatever you want!" so…?
