While troubleshooting recent performance problems, it came to my attention that many connections were being made by RSS readers (including a Google RSS system that I thought had been discontinued). These connections were generating a considerable number of database errors. That's probably the fault of our program rather than the readers, but since we view DCUM as a discussion forum and not simply a "reading" forum, I've decided to turn off those pages rather than fix the problems.
