That might lend a bit a prudery to something purely artistic. The nude for isn't anything to be ashamed of.

Why couldn't she wear a swimsuit?

Obvious. If it was the other way around she wouldn't even think of asking.
You mean if she was the artist? Why wouldn't a son be willing to pose for his mom. Moms do plenty for their kids, it wouldn't be that much to ask. After all mom's seen him naked since he was a baby.
Who really cares, OP? Are you planning on posing nude for your kid's art class? Probably not.
It makes sense if he wants to work from a model and can't afford one, or can't afford a class.

Yes, because that art sucks, though truthfully that kind of mother-son relationship would probably make the perfectly tortured artist.

I doubt that was a real post.

No boggie? lol

If she is his STEP-mom maybe he did ask her to pose. I mean, she has quite a figure, and boys are boys, and he cleverly got a female not related to him to get naked.

Looks like a case of exhibitionism. A kid doesn't ask mom to pose nude for him. She wants to show and he is convenient.

I wouldn't do it ever but to each their own. Artists are trained to use nude models and if it's okay with them, it's okay with me. Obviously, I don't know them but I will assume that this wasn't sexual in any way.

I don't know background of this, what mother-son conversations might've taken place leading up to this.
But what apperently happend is she offered to or agreed to be his nude (or nearly nude) model

Is this shocking or is it simply a healthy frank attitude toward the human body in it's artistic sense?
Is she either intentionally or unintentionally sexualizing her relationship with her son? Is she simply being vain and enjoying showing off? Or is it no boggie at all?

What do people think?
