This lawsuit is about discrimination against Asian AMERICANS. And you're purposely trying to mislead people with cheating incidence from South Korea and China.

This ought to be very interesting to watch in the future. Once the Hispanics and African Americans are totally edged out and white students are the only ones left, we'll see how that battle comes to a head. The lawsuit also wants legacy eliminated. It will be interesting to see if the deep pocket contributors continue contributing when their kids can no longer legally get a hand up on admissions.
