So im looking to get one, in addition to the steel knives I have, as I have read they stay sharp 10x longer and are better for fruits and such because they dont leave metal-ions, rust, absorb oils etc.
Has anyone here used or heard of them?
Help if anyone has experience.

Kyocera - Looks good, not as pretty, lifetime warranty but SUPER pricey. Not sure it is worth it...
