Comes to our house every year to clean all the rugs and furniture. He's not super cheap, but I think he's a miracle worker and everything looks new when he leaves. He's also very good about examining the fabric and cleaning it the proper way so not to damage it. And just a nice guy.

I had Stanley Steamer out to do tile, rugs, and furniture. I wasn't impressed with the furniture cleaning. It still smelled stale/funky after it dried. There is an upgrade option to deodorize, but I didn't pay for it. Probably should have, but I was trying to avoid putting more chemicals where I sit.

Please recommend a company. If you have done it yourself, suggest a machine?
