On a more serious note: I thought the number of parent meetings throughout the day on Veteran's Day was disrespectful to the purpose of the Holiday. MCPS should use it as a day of educating the students of the sacrifices people who have served have made to our great country. Instead, MCPS treats it as a convenient day for Parent Teacher conferences and meetings.

best way to bring up the test score average: more re$ources to ESOL and focus on the bottom students.
