I'm growing some wheatgrass but am not 100% sure how to use it- I know the big thing is to make wheatgrass juice, but I don't have a juicer. Would throwing it in the blender with other ingredients to make a smoothie provide the same health benefits? Or can you make the juice sans juicer? Thanks! Sorry if these questions are dumb and simplistic!
