Did you talk about the areas where your child is having difficulty when you had your meeting. I would think that that would be far more important that knowing the test score. The test score might point to the degree of difficulty you kid is having but not where. You already seem to know that your DD is struggling, so finding areas to address I think would be key.

I am curious about this too as the conference with my child's teacher is tomorrow. Is it appropriate to ask them what the MAP-P score was and how it is being used to assess what level of instruction my child is receiving? I know my child took it a few weeks ago.
