The Oval Room has a Fairfax-Reston location?

I love the Sweetwater franchises. Great food. BUT it is NOT the place for a quiet drink.

Vinifera is in the Reston Westin. I really enjoy the food there. It's pretty quiet as well. A bit off the beaten path from the Town Center.

I'd also look at Passionfish, il Fornaio or Boxwood. You could grab a glass of wine at Boxwood then have dinner at one of the places in the town center if it things work well.

The Great American restaurants are usually loud. I tried to avoid meeting a date there. Artie's is the only one I don't mind. It's not as bad as the others in terms of volume in the evenings.

I like the Great American Restaurants group restaurants - nice bars, good food. Sweetwater grill could work and I think they have a seafood one out by you.

Hi. Any ideas for first date where we could have a drink and dinner if it goes well?Don't want a chain restaurant. Between Reston and Fairfax would be good.
