Do others think this arguing/not accepting responsibility is an ADHD symptom????

Please let this be a symptom. I could get medication and this annoying behavior would go away???? Please say it's true!!!!

Apparently you aren't at all familiar with the annoying traits of a neurotypical 9 year old.

This is what I'm afraid of--citing ADHD as a reason for annoying behavior. How does one know it's the ADHD and without it, the annoying stuff would go away?

Kids with ADHD can definitely benefit from behavioral therapy. Get started and see if it helps, PP.

My child is probably be dx with ADHD before the end of the school year. Is this an ADHD behavior or a personality behavior? In short, some times my son is incredibly obnoxious. I'm trying to sort out what is medical and might be mitigated by meds and what is truly behavioral and might need some sort of behavioral therapy.

Thx

My DC whines "mom" and says it over and over without a question or point.
