Add some brown sugar and dash of cocoa powder to your chili. It's delicious.

All of these are good but I find them a little bland. I add 1 Chipotle pepper with Adobe sauce in the recipe and bam!

I just made this, and I liked it but had to increase the spices. I also substituted black beans in place of kidney beans. I think it's a good base, but you have to work with it and add more seasoning at least I did.

The crockpot turkey chili from Slow Cooker Revolution is amazing! It's a little fussy to get going, but well worth it.

Be sure to get the full fat ground turkey.

Brown turkey in a large dutch oven
remove, set aside
Add 1 large diced onion, cook for 2 minutes, add 2 bell peppers (and jalapenos if desired), whatever other veggies you're in the mood for
Cook for 5-6 minutes
Add large can crushed tomatoes, 1 small can of tomato paste, various seasonings, turkey, 1 can of cheap piss beer
Turn heat down after begins to bubble, walk away for an hour
Stir, add some hot sauce, 2 cans of beans (if you want) walk away again for a little while
Stir, add frozen corn (again if you want), should be pretty thick but if not let simmer for a little more

Serve with cornbread
