Anonymous wrote:I use cultured butter because it's more like the butter I'm used to (from the UK) and I have a block of the Organic Valley stuff in a butter dish on the counter so it's soft. In the summer I refrigerate and bring it out of it's too melty.
The regular stick butter is ok for cooking but for spreading, it just doesn't taste of anything.
