Hue Opaque tights. Don't buy the waist slimming ones. Just buy the regular. Always buy one size up. LOVE Hue and refuse to buy any other brand.

Doesn't help with the roller shade problem, at least not for me. Might actually make it worse.

Hue tights don't roll on me. I am short waisted / have a petite torso and many tights roll on me, but these do not. I think they have "super opaque" or similar that I really like.

I live in the fleece-lined Noble Mount tights on Amazon. Totally opaque. I'm 5'10", 175 pounds, and the XL are perfect.

Agree re Wolford. They have a store in Tysons Galleria.

Yes. Unfortunately don't think there is a Wolford boutique in the DC area. Try a bloomingdales and see if someone can help you pick some out. If you want super comfy try their cotton velvet. If you want super opaque their 80 or 100s are great.

Do they exist? If so, can you recommend yours? In particular, I am looking for a pair of tights that do not roll down at the waist. I have been using spanx. They are not comfortable at all. Thanks.
