Apparently Swanson thinks breaking a small foil seal is to hard for someone cooking.

I’m impressed you went out. I would have just subbed in water myself. Don’t have bra on yet, don’t plan to put one on today since I’m on sick kid duty tonight anyway.

Almost threw out all my dressing. Panicked. That open seal scared me to death.

A brand I bought at Harris Teeter recently did the same thing. I don't like it because there's no way to know if it was tampered with (and I'm super slack about that kind of stuff).

I've never seen anyone in TJ's in a bra and pants. Sad.

Glad you're back to comfort cooking. I hope you at least wear an apron when frying.

Hahahah..... I love you too OP. I would have been so annoyed at getting off my pantsless ass to put on a bra and leave the house for no reason.

Apparently, they re-designed the chicken stock containers with a "new and improved EZ open" that breaks the foil when you open the plastic top. And unlike most EZ open plastic twist tops that take a bit of effort, this is a super, duper EZ open that barely requires much effort to twist off.

The manager assured me that the chicken stock is fine, and many, many people did the same thing (they even put a sign up - which I missed), and put in a word to corporate that the new re-design is a major FAIL.

Bra off, pants off, cooking resumed.

Bahaha. OP you're a woman after my own heart.

Take it back. They never have a problem with returns.

Bought a carton of chicken broth from TJs. The tab-seal under the cap was clearly broken. UGH.

Would you use it anyway? If it's going to be boiled? And you're mid-way through a recipe?
