I've seen the recipe in several iterations. The marinade is always the same, but I broil the fish for about 4 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness. It's crispy, and I hate "soft" salmon.

Orange marmalade, soy sauce, and crushed garlic. Top with fresh scallions or dill when finished.

1/4 honey, 1/4 maple syrup, 1/2 bbq sauce

Make 2 batches of this...

1 scallion, minced
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

Use 1 as a marinade, pour the 2nd batch over the cooked salmon. I skip the ginger often because I don't have any and it is fine.

Does it need to be a glaze? I love salmon roasted with olive oil, lemon and fresh chopped basil, and my kids power it down.

For glazes: Soy sauce & brown sugar is good, or soy sauce, ginger and a dash of orange juice.
