Taking the easy way out and ordering pizza. DH has training all this week and is later getting home. I haven't ordered out or done a pick up in months now, so I'm not feeling any guilt =)

Chicken satay over rice. Only because that was on the menu for the week and I already have the chicken and sauce prepped. If I had more time this afternoon, I'd cook a long, slow beef stew or pot roast, or maybe a pot of pork chili verde.
