You can get this at the pharmacy at Costco in DC. It is a vitamin E suspension. Was recommended to me for scarring from chemo on my arm. Healed up incredibly fast and started putting on my face and worked miracles. Putting it on is like rubbing in really thick syrup. You need tiny amount and bottle will last forever.

Is it just pure Vitamin E? what is a Vitamin E suspension?

Glycolic acid is a bit more gentle for me than Retin A. Any exfoliant, whether an ingredient or a natural gentle scrub, is good for most to remove dead skin cells. Men shave their faces and this acts as an exfoliant.

Sunscreen is a must if you use any type of anti-aging cream. Most cause more sensitivity to the sun.

Neutrogena Rapid Repair - it doesn't get rid of the wrinkles but my skin does look better - a couple of people have commented on it.

op here, thanks everyone! I know nothing really helps with wrinkles except for the heavy duty stuff (botox, etc.). I just was looking for something that would help my skin stay moisturized and help it look healthy!

Sorry OP but nothing will work on wrinkles except for fillers or botox. For fine lines I would say medical grade retinol products.

If you want over the counter I hear good things about ROC products temporarily softening fine lines and brightening your skin.

Roc - expensive to me but it is cheaper at Costco Have used it and day version with sunscreen for years People often think I am much younger than I really am Also put it on your neck and upper chest -just a pearl size amount so a little goes a long way Start may cause slight peeling

I like Eucerin Q10.

You probably know this already, but most wrinkle creams just make cosmetic differences anyway. No simple cream is going to reverse wrinkles. So don't waste your money on gimmicks like crushed pearls or champagne!

Some over-the-counter products have chemicals like retin A, without actually being retin A. I haven't checked into the research recently, so I can't help you here. Paula Begouin's site is a good resource on the efficacy of different ingredients in facial creams. http://www.paulaschoice.com/beautypedia/
