Eat it!! Yum yum.
Besides dipping, I use it on sandwiches and in salads. Spread it on tortillas/flatbreads/pita bread and add your other fillings (for me that's usually vegetables and either chicken or turkey). I like to make a version of a salad (personal sized) from Panera - a bunch of spinach in a bowl (I use a pasta bowl), topped with diced tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes), sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, sliced chicken breast, and a big scoop of hummus, with lemon squeezed over the top.
If your hummus is plain, add some flavorings to it to change things up. I often stir in a red pepper/eggplant spread from TJ's, along with some crushed red pepper to give it a kick. You can add lots of other savory things like pesto, chopped or pureed olives (or some tapenade if you've got that), other pureed cooked vegetables, roasted garlic, dill and lemon, etc. It marries well with so many flavors.
