In the DC area, moving to Florida. No accountant or similar professional in that area (yet).

Employment lawyer. And yes, you should get a lawyer in the jurisdiction that will govern the agreement. Laws, especially non-compete/non-solicit, are state specific. If you don't have a referral, you could call the state bar in that jurisdiction. Or, if you have an accountant or other professional like that, ask him/her.

Yes, employment attorney. Are you also in Florida, or is this a remote work situation? That might affect the answer.

...reviews employment agreements? Is it a contract lawyer? Or, a labor and employment lawyer? And, how do I go about finding one? Also, the position is in another state (Florida) -- are state laws specific that I need to find a Florida lawyer?
