I like it a lot, but agree that it is best when it has sat out (uncovered - place it on a slightly floured cutting board) a bit. It does tend to go bad (molds) fairly fast despite the "use by" date, so I make sure to use it within a day or two of purchase.

Roll out and bake for 5-6 minutes first. Will make the crust crispier and make it easier to do toppings.

How is it? Any tips?

My 4 year old DD and I are making pizza tonight - nothing complicated, just cheese and sauce and maybe some broccoli. I've never used this dough as we usually make our own.
