I'm a YY parent, and I can't at all imagine why you'd feel sheepish about not being interested?? There are schools I'm not interested in, and I was clear when I was applying that families are different, interests are different, logistical concerns are different, and it's actually a GOOD thing that everyone in the world don't all want the *exact* same schools in the *exact* same order of preference (or at all). That is a good thing, and nothing to even slightly feel uneasy or "sheepish" about.
