MOM has them pretty much all the time. You have to look; they usually have only a few. Down front, between the turnips and the celery root.

In Safeway all year aroud. I buy them all the time.

You can usually find them near potatoes/turnips, for sure around T'giving time. They are roundish, purple, and wax coated. My Giant in SS often has them.

I have seen them in the produce section at the North Bethesda Harris Teeter.

I am trying to locate rutabegas. If you have seen them at any local market, would you please let me know where.
