When are people going to understand that an increase in investigations does not necessarily mean an increase in meritorious claims? Particularly with an aggressive federal agency such as this one. As the article acknowledges, some of these "cases" may not be based on an actual complaint at all. The government just decided on its own to initiate a compliance review in order to twist the school's arm to adopt whatever sexual harassment policies the current administration thinks every school ought to have. You folks need to be a little more discerning when you see alarmist headlines in the Post.
