Crap. I definitely saw it this week, but I went to two markets. My first better guess is the Harris Teeter in Ballston. The second option was the Safeway in McLean. I remember standing in front of it wondering what I could make with it and then deciding I had enough food in my house already.

I've seen it at the Giant in downtown Bethesda. I've tried their gf chocolate chip cookie dough and it is really good, but I haven't tried the pizza dough yet, but I'm somewhat skeptical if it will have the same flakiness as a glutenous croissant.
