Subject: Black/Cognac combo boots for office wear
I don't mind them, but I prefer either black boots or cognac boots, not the combination. And the gold chain looks kind of trashy. (Note: I have never called anything trashy on this site before, ever.)

Eep. I do not like these. The chain, the two-tone - no no no no.
But - assuming you do like them, since you are considering buying them, I think they are sufficiently dressy to wear with skirts and dresses. Not in a formal workplace, but one that's a little more casual.
