2 houses and great experiences with honey comb blonds. We got all different kinds. Black out, push up, cordless, top / bottom opening. Great service as we've had the kids destroy them and they replace right away.

Good experience. No issues.

I do not recommend Hunter Douglas blinds; we had some older ones which were great, but have had nothing but problems with the ones we bought in the past year. Their quality has gone way downhill.

Thanks for the replies. Any other dealers that you recommend?

Also, as a follow up. I want honey comb blinds. The kind that look sort of like rice paper. Are there ones that will not attract dust to cling to them? When I looked at home depot at the selection, I saw a lot of that cheap fabric that is sort of like polyester paper for lack of a better word--the kind of fabric that surgical masks (?) are made of, or free slippers that some international airlines might give out. It looks like dust would stick to it. I want something that is easy to clean. Have child with major dust allergy in the house. Thx.

I think the service is good, but they are definitely a lot more expensive than some other dealers. You can get more for your money elsewhere.

We used them for cellular shades on every window in our house. They did a really nice job. The only thing I regret is that their own brand of shades is not quite as good as the (worn out) Hunter Douglas shades we were replacing. They offer free in-home repair for 7 years and we used it many times for broken strings in the shades.Their repair service is quite good, though. We never had to wait more than a week or so for service. The shades themselves have a lifetime warranty although now that it's been more than 7 years, I have to bring the shade to one of their stores. I have some broken ones but I haven't gotten around to taking them down and bringing them in.

Loved them. They did an interior design consult for blinds plus install and also fixed blinds (for free) that we had installed ourselves.

We've used them in the past. Quality and service has been great, but you pay through the nose.

Anyone used them before? I am wondering about quality, service, and price. I am in interested in getting the up-down accordian blinds that can go bottom up or top down (the kind that kind of look like rice paper when they're down). I thought I would buy online but I keep procrastinating measuring and making decisions so I am thinking now of just getting a service to come out and do it, depending on the price, of course. Thx.
