My BIL and SIL are both alcoholics. SIL is more highly functioning but the whole family is concerned. Daily excessive drinking, missing work, angry/combative behavior, and there are kids involved. It's a close family and we've all seen it firsthand. We are considering staging an intervention. Has anyone ever done this successfully? If so, would you share how you did it?
