This casserole my mom made with scalloped potatoes and ground beef. So unhealthy but so delicious!

Monkfish stew. We lived overseas a lot and didn't eat much traditional American food.

Love beef stroganoff! I still ask my mom to make it when she comes down sometimes.

Se also used to make something called Indigestion salad. It was iceberg lettuce, cauliflower, green olives, and a oil and vinegar dressing. Yummy!

I still make stroganoff.

Creamy chicken casserole with Ritz on top. I still make that too. My H and kid love it.

I am a midwestern kid of the 70s/80s and my favorite meal was my moms beef stroganoff. I haven't had it in years, and I'm sure my kids would barf at it, but man beef stroganoff night was THE BEST. I also loved "jello salad" it was made it canned fruit and marshmallows lol!
