I like Mark Bittman a lot, but I somehow doubt he's much of an expert on picky eaters, having been one, and having birthed a couple myself. I'll be curious to check out the article.

There are articles on what kids around the world eat for breakfast, the politics of school lunches, and a good one by Mark Bittman on how to get kids to eat (or at least try) everything. The website has a cute video of a group of second graders reacting to the tasting menu at Daniel.
