As others have said, give it the smell test. Also, even if it smells fine now, it might go bad a little sooner than it would have otherwise -- but still, you'll be able to smell/taste when it's off.

You can smell if milk is bad. If it smells bad, toss it. (It won't though.) If it doesn't smell bad, it's fine.

An hour? Fine. After 24 hours, I'd either toss or use in cooking.

I left a gallon of milk (unopened) out of the fridge for about 1hour 15 mins by accident. Do you think it's ok? Or should I toss it?
