I bought my leather sectional at Value City Furniture years back and we love it. Leather is great because you can just wipe up spills, dog drool, etc.

Macys leather sectional, bought 8 years ago and has held up very well. I wouldn't bother with the protection plan. We financed it at 0% for something like 24 months.

We got ours at Macy's. It's a traditional style with nail head trim and round arms. Two-piece sectional with a love seat and chaise. Love it. We've had it for four or five years now and it looks just like when we bought it, the cushions have not broken down, and even the big down jumping on it daily hasn't put a scratch in the leather. I think we paid around $1,500 for it, but they were having a big sale.

We have a leather sofa. Out of style now, but over 15 years old, used every day and looks the same as it did when it was new. Very comfortable also. Check your seat firmness and make sure it is comfortable.

Pottery Barn?

We have a Bernhardt Vincent sofa and love seat. LOVE THEM. Purchased through IMI Furniture in Sterling (good selection and great customer service) - Bernhardt stuff is made to order, so you pick your style and the type/color of leather you want, and then get delivery in 6-8 weeks. The couches are about 6 years old and still look brand new, but a lot of this has to do with the type of leather we chose (the most expensive option, of course!) - it is thicker and more variegated than some of the options.
