Yes, I believe we were charged $20 the time we called.

I am seeing a lot of bad reviews about them on Yelp and Google. Any insight?

NP. We have been with them since our son was born a little over a year ago. They have been awesome. There is one nurse practitioner I'm not crazy about, but all the docs and the other NPs have been good, and I just don't make appointments with that NP anymore. We've worked with Dr. Martin and Dr. Ulen most often, and they've been awesome - very caring and never make me feel rushed, no matter how many questions I have. They seem to be very up to date on the current research, which I really like. We like the nursing staff, too. They are definitely not a small practice, but we have not generally had trouble seeing who we wanted to see for our appointments.

We like advanced pediatrics too but it's a big office so doesn't meet your criteria. I can email our ped with non emergency questions and he responds pretty quickly. That said, emergency calls are all handled by the nurses and they don't do newborn hospital visits. They do thief own blood work though!

I saw those reviews but ignored them since several friends recommended them to me which is how we found them. They are very, very knowledgeable and caring.

I love them too, but they are not small by any means.

Hello,

I am looking for a new pediatrician for my DD who is 5. I prefer small practices or solo practitioners to crowded places that have many doctors and usually lack the personal touch. So if you know any in the area that you would recommend, please do. Things that I am looking for are : knowledgeable drs, short wait time, ease of getting appointments ect! Thank you
